At Aadhraa, we sell food and consumable products including dry coconut, edible oils, ghee, chips, sweets and other food products. Due to the nature of these products and applicable hygiene and food-safety considerations, returns are generally not accepted.
However, we understand that products may occasionally arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise unsuitable due to an issue occurring during processing, packaging or delivery. If you receive a product with such an issue, you may raise a return, replacement or refund request in accordance with this Policy.
You may contact us if the product you receive is:
Each request is reviewed individually and may require verification before a replacement or refund is approved.
You must report an eligible issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review or resolution.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please contact us as soon as you identify a problem.
When contacting us, please provide:
For claims involving damaged, missing, leaking or incorrect products, a complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video should clearly show the package from the beginning of the opening process through the discovery of the issue.
Failure to provide the required evidence may affect our ability to verify the claim and may result in the request not being approved.
After receiving your request and supporting information, Aadhraa may review the order, photographs, video, packaging, shipping information, product details and other relevant information.
We may request additional information or evidence where reasonably necessary.
Approval of a claim is not automatic merely because a request has been submitted.
Once an issue is verified, Aadhraa may, depending on the circumstances and product availability, provide:
The remedy offered will be determined based on the nature of the issue, availability of the product, applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case.

All refunds remain subject to applicable law and the terms of this Policy.
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment source and may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will generally be provided through an Aadhraa gift card/store credit, subject to applicable law and the applicable gift-card terms.
Where a different refund method is legally required, Aadhraa will comply with the applicable requirement.
A refund may not be processed until the relevant claim has been verified and approved.
Where a replacement is approved, Aadhraa will generally attempt to dispatch the replacement within 3–7 business days after verification, subject to:

Minor natural variations that do not affect the safety, quality or conformity of the product will generally not qualify for a refund or replacement solely on the basis of personal preference.
If you believe a product may be unsafe, contaminated, spoiled or otherwise pose a food-safety concern, do not consume the product.
Please retain the product, packaging and relevant labels and contact Aadhraa immediately with your order details and supporting evidence.
Aadhraa may request photographs, videos, batch information, packaging details or other information necessary to investigate the concern.
Where appropriate, Aadhraa may investigate the matter with the relevant manufacturer, supplier, third-party seller, logistics provider or other responsible party.
Where an order involves a product supplied by a third-party seller, the applicable return, replacement or refund request may require verification with the relevant seller.
Aadhraa may coordinate the resolution of the request with the third-party seller and applicable service providers.

For subscription or recurring orders, customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily cancel an individual order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Any refund resulting from an approved cancellation will be processed in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
